When you have completed and paid for your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. We are only able to ship to the Shipping Address provided at Checkout, please note we are unable to ship to PO Box Addresses. Please allow up to 14 working days from shipping day to receive your order before contacting us to report a missing item.
Due to the introduction of Phytosanitary and Customs requirements with Brexit in January 2021 we can no longer post to Europe and Northern Ireland, we ONLY post to Scotland, England and Wales.

We now offer the ability to collect your order at Bruckhills Croft. Simply select this option within the ‘Postal Options’ when at checkout. We will then prepare your items and it will be ready to collect. We will hold your items for up to 2 weeks. After this point your order will be refunded and the items will be returned for sale on the website/store.
